Senior Director for Humanities & English

Pay Range: L9-L15

Reporting to: Deputy Headteacher Quality of Education/Quality of Education AHT

Responsible for: Humanities, English and MFL teams

Liaising with: Senior Leaders, Governors and other relevant staff across the Academy and the Trust, external organisations, representatives from the DfE, councillors and trust partners

Core Purpose: Take the lead in managing and delivering pastoral support to all students. Through our Academy values, develop and improve the ethos of a year group.
