Year 11 Parents’ Evening – Tuesday 24th January 4.50pm – 6.50pm
Dear Parents and Carers,
The parent-teacher meetings are to be held on Tuesday 24th January from 4.50 pm – 6.50 pm for parents of year 11 students.
We will be conducting the evening virtually.
To make your appointments, please log in at: https://parents-booking.co.uk/newsome
On the day of your appointments
- Log in again to the website address: https://parents-booking.co.uk/newsome10mins before your appointments are due to begin you will be able to join the video meeting room, where you can wait for your appointment(s).
- You do not need to enable the video camera; the meeting can take place as a phone conversation if you turn the camera off. See the parent information sheet for instructions.
- The meetings automatically end after 5 minutes.
Troubleshooting
- If you cannot log in, please contact the school office.
- The email address field entered is only used to send your appointment confirmation. If you have problems logging in, it will not be because of the e-mail address you entered.
- Check you are using the latest browser (Chrome, Firefox or Safari).
- If you are unable to book at home, please contact the school office for help.
- If you are unable to attend, please use the contacts below to send any questions via the Head of Department for that subject and they will get back to you.
- If you don’t have the technology at home to access the above, contact the school office.
